LTR is just advantageous, if you're in that category of income or investment potential, but it takes longer.

Did you write it as in the machine read line at the bottom of your passport? That's the way most systems match it. (No ö, but other characters, and this is the advice we've been given.)

It's a yearly visa and you cannot apply online yourself unless they've changed it very recently. I got all the easy through and couldn't pay - it's Indonesian payment system only. I asked immigration and they said only agents can make the application - they charge more of course. It's more expensive to apply inside the country than outside. And an expedited application will also cost more. In general it's more dear, but can lead to permanent residency, allegedly (not that that includes a work permit).

How does it save time? I've done 3 applications myself. Friends have used agents. In every case, mine was done faster and with less hassle.

Because once someone posts or comments anonymously, they can only continue to post anonymously on the same thread. Then that choice stays until one actively switches back to comment from their profile. Some people do it because they might want to speak openly, perhaps putting personal details they don't want to share publicly, or because there's a lot of abuse on some of the threads. I don't understand why it bothers people so much.
