Will it be risky to go enter thailand on a visa exempt 60day on 5th march after just having returned from thailand on 8th December , that was a nonO visa stay of 11 weeks? All previous stays back to 2018 were using nonO to visit thai family except in 2023 which was my last visa exempt entry.
Hi guys, I know this has been asked many times... but I want some advice on this.
The question is "Can I just go stay in a hotel or hostel just for a night to ask them for a TM30 right before my 90-day report and submit it...?"
[Background]
I did not know that I needed to have my TM30 issued within 24 hours upon arrival. Also I stay with my Thai gf that is renting the condo and the landlord already confirmed they would not have to make TM30 for me because my name is not in the contract but just my gf. And it is fine. I don't want any conflict with the landlord. So I am willing to stay in a hotel or hostel if it's just a few days. And I just wonder if TM30 issued like kinda right before the 90 day report period. I still have about 2 weeks before the 90day report period starts so I kinda have time.
Excuse me, would it be acceptable to demonstrate that I transfer 65,000 baht monthly to my wife's account, or is it necessary for me to possess my own account for a retirement visa?
Hi. Do I need to do a 90-day report if I am leaving the country in just one week? I'm on a DTV. I did my first 90-day report in person, but since I did it a few days early, I was given a second 90-day report date that is one week before my DTV stay-permit expires. Just now, I tried to do the 90-day report online but it was rejected for some reason. Do I really have to make this report if it's just for 7 more days? I will be departing by train next week, the day my stay-permit expires. Thanks.
If I’m applying for a Soft Power Muay Thai DTV, is there a minimum course length I need to demonstrate when submitting my documents? For example, do I need to prebook six months of training, or would booking just a month still meet the requirements? (Never booked more than 2-3 months of training after two years in Thailand because injury risk)
Also, how is the program regulated—or not—in terms of switching gyms? For instance, if I start training in the south and later want to move to a gym in Bangkok, would that affect my eligibility?
Hi everyone. I am wondering about the 90-day report...
August 27th will mark my 90 days here in Thailand, but I am actually leaving the country on August 30th. Do I still have to file a 90-day report or would it be ok not to, since I'm leaving soon?
,
I know that when you are filing for a 90-day report, you can file it up to 15 days before or 7 days after your 90th day. So I am just curious if I still have to do it or not, or will I get in trouble? I really appreciate anyone's insight on this. Thank you! 🙏
When a foreigner travels around Thailand and is supposed to report their new address within 24hrs? I understand this kind of log in can be done on line….please can anyone forward me/send me a screenshot shot of this link…….well confused 🤔
Hi all. If it wasn’t for this group I wouldn’t be aware of some key bits of info when travelling to and staying in Thailand - many thanks to those who contribute.
The one thing that’s got me is the 90 reporting process. I’ve just been given the dtv visa and will travel in a few weeks but I’ve never received any info telling me about any rules and processes I need to follow. Just wondering what else I might have missed.
Is anyone able to share a link that describes anything I need to be doing while using my visa?
Also interested in anyone’s view on how I’ve missed the 90 day reporting. Should I have been following an official site / page?
