I’ve just had this from Hanoi embassy asking for proof of income for my business. It’s registered but yet to have income from yet.

I do have a full portfolio of work eg. YouTube videos, courses, website etc

Anyone had this issues with proving income?

Considering my already overloaded plate. I'm sure I'll need a "Agent" to get through this extensive process ig Visa application, I can't even imagine how I'd do this alone ? Any suggestions for a Reputable Visa agent ? Yes,,I've visited Thailand, 60 days of bliss, my life is changed. Thanks ps. Is there a way to buy time before investing in all this Retirement Visa plan and or This "Non O" , in other words, if a single person on a very tight budget should want to live in Thailand, what would be most economical, just to get established with a home base ? Thank you

RETIREMENT VISA! Can the monthly income requirement be coming into a foreign bank account? Or does it need to be a Thai bank account? Also, can I get the visa when already in Thailand? Thank you 😊

At Bangkok immigration today, a good friend of ours from Switzerland tried to renew his retirement extension. Unfortunately he was turned down because he submitted a different bank account he had used from his previous 2024 extension. He has 2 accounts, both of them has over THB 800,000 all the time so he didn't remember which one to use. In fact he didn't know he had to use the same account every year from then on. IO said if he couldn't come back with that same account, for example if he had closed it and used the other one, he had no other choice but to leave the country! ( Or use an agent) 😔😤

My wife called Buriram immigration and asked about 2 months family extension on non O visa.. but they said now we don't do extension on non O visa.. I heard this and was shocked and he said if you want one year extension then pay 25000 for special case.. so what does that mean..he ask bribe?

Hi all I've got an initial non O retirement 3 month visa and just about to apply for my first 22 month extension. Is it easy/possible to change my address from the one I used for the initial 3 month visa? And does anyone know if I need the previous 12 month bank statement for this first extension or just the 2 months they require the 800k to be in my bank ? I am planning to move to Thailand with my family in early August 2025.

I married a Thai woman in Thailand in 2014, she has been with me in the USA since Dec. 2015. She holds dual Thai/USA citizenship. We have an 8-year old daughter born in USA and has Thai birth certificate.

I am seeking 90-day Non O visa which I will convert 1-year Non-Immigrant O Marriage Visa when I arrive in Thailand. I also need a 90-day Non O visa for my daughter who will then apply for Thai passport once in Thailand. Have I got this right? Thanks for any help.
