Hi everyone.

Just wondering, I’m coming back to Thailand in October. 

I have a year extension based on retirement.

Do I need to tell immigration that I am back or will my accommodation do that ( TM30 ) because from what I have read, it’s the responsibility of the landlord to report that you are living there.

TM30 is something the person responsible for your accommodation should do within 24 hours of your return

In Jomtien if you return with a re entry permit ,long stay visa to the same address you don’t need to

My landlord does mine, everytime I ask her to, after I've been away from my province or overseas. All included in her agent fee to owner I rent from

If you rent a house 1 year the landlord do it the first time and after became your duty do it

Personally, I wouldn’t rely on the landlord.

You’ll be the one paying any fees for making a mistake.
