I’m from Australia, I have visited Thailand three times in 2024 on a free Tourist  Visa.

Just back in Oz on December 14 

Heading back there on January 3 2025.

Am I in danger of being denied entry for too many trips?

If so, what would be the easiest option for a 60 day stay without needing money in a tight bank account.

Would appreciate any helpful advice 🙏😁

Funny I went to a travel agent to book a holiday to Thailand and she said 30days on arrival no visa required I said they have changed it to 60 days on arrival I'm from Australia 🇦🇺 she didn't believe me who is right me or the travel agent ?

I had always thought that the visa exemption limit of two entries per year only applied to land entry. The Thai Embassy website in Australia has this information [members only]/ which does not qualify the entry type. I am seeking advice and experience of group members for the application of visa exemption for Australian passport holders entering Thailand at Suvarnabhumi airport. I have a friend wanting to travel by air next month who has already entered Thailand twice by air this year. Thanks for any advice.

Help please, we are Australian passport holders and travelling since beginning of this year. I don't know how but it completely slipped my mind to go to the Thai Embassy in Hanoi where we have been staying the last few weeks and apply for a Thai visa. 🙄😬 So I know as Australians we are visa exempt for the first 30 days but how do we get our visa time covered after that? We will be staying 28 days in Bangkok, then a month in Chiang Mai before staying another 28 days in Bangkok? Preferably not having to do a visa run. Any help appreciated. We will be leaving Hanoi for Bangkok this Sunday. Thank you!

I'm from Australia and we get 30 day visa exemption however my question is:

If I decide to stay a bit longer while there what length of days can I request to extend by 15, 30 or 60? There is so many different suggestions thought I would ask the experts in this group.

Confused as to whether Australians are eligible for 15 day or 30 day visa exemption if arriving via land?

And are we still able to apply for an extension once we have arrived?

Hey guys. I need to extend my 30 days visa exempt stamp (Australian passport) and when looking to book an online an appoint I see Muang Thong Thani (Counter K) is no longer an option. Hey, I came into thailand on VOA (I'm Australian btw). I asked this group before coming if I could get a 30 day extension and people said yes I could. Can someone please tell me is it still possible and has anyone done it recently in phuket? Are they more strict? Also could I apply for this 60 day covid extension instead? Thank you 🙏
