TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a certificate of residence in Thailand, particularly in Bangkok, you generally need to provide several documents. Key requirements include your passport, the blue or yellow house registration book, proof of having completed at least one 90-day report, and possibly your latest TM30 form and TM6 form. It's advisable to bring all relevant documents to avoid multiple trips.

As above. When I did mine the IO also wanted to see my latest TM30 for some reason, even though I had my lease and 90-day report. The TM6 would be useful. Always better to go over-prepared than under-prepared. It's a long hike to MTT to want to go back the next day!
So on your latest stay in Thailand, you were able to get a Residence Certificate before you had done a 90-Day Report? Good to know that Hua Hin allows this. Some other immigration offices do not.
