I need a certificate of residence to get my Thai drivers license. Problem is I will be staying at different places for small periods of time. So who or where do I turn to, and what do I need exactly to get my certificate of residence with Thai immigration. I would like to do the paperwork, and exams in chiang mai.
Thanks a lot xxx
