TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a certificate of residence in Bangkok on an ED visa, you need several documents, including: a completed application form (no photo required), a TM30 form, proof of your 90-day report, copies of relevant pages of your passport (arrival stamp, visa, and bio page), and payment of 200 Baht. It's recommended to visit the document check area near the queue ticket line at the immigration office (Chaeng Watthana) for further instructions.

You won’t get one in Bangkok unless you’ve done a 90 day report.
