What is the process of getting Thai Driving license (for DTV)? I already have driving license in my country and international driving permit (Car + Motorcycle). I want only motorcycle permit for Thailand.

Is any Letter of Residence needed from immigration? If it is, then what is the process?

And is it possible to get the Letter of Residence without any rent contract for accommodation, for example, If I am staying in hostels (not monthly contract), will this be fine?

Question for LTR -WP holders - is there a requirement for one year rental lease in Thailand for this type of visa? What if you just want to stay 3-4 months in a year?
