Residency certificates can be issued at the Muang Thong Thani (MTT) Immigration office, and one must have completed at least one 90-day report beforehand. The required documents include your lease, passport, TM30 filing receipt, and the 90-day report receipt. It costs 200 baht and will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 days. Alternatively, you can notarize your address at your embassy, although this may be more expensive.
