TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Certificate of Residency in Bangkok, you can apply at the Muang Thong Thani immigration office if you are on an extension of stay and doing 90-day reporting. The application costs 200 baht, and you will need to provide your 90-day report receipt and a copy of the TM30 receipt. The certificate will be mailed to you within about 10 days.

However it's a slow day so here's the answer.

IF you are on an extension of stay where you do 90 day reporting here in Bangkok you can apply for a certificate of residency from Section B which is now at the Muang Thong Thani immigration office location. It costs 200 baht and they mail it to you in about 10 days.

Take your 90 day report receipt, and a copy of the TM30 receipt and you should be able to get one
