Not strictly visa related, but can anyone confirm which Bangkok Immigration office is currently dealing with Certificates of Residence (not TM30s or 90 days)?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Muang Thong Thani Immigration office (Section B) is currently handling Certificates of Residence in Bangkok. You must have filed at least one 90-day report to obtain one. The fee is 200 baht, and the certificate will be mailed to you in approximately 10 days.

Certificates of residence (that you use to buy/sell vehicles and/or get a thai drivers licenses here) are available at the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office location now, (Section B).

You have to have filed at least ONE 90 day report to be able to get a certificate of residence. It's 200baht and they mail it to you in about 10 days.

Thanks Tod. On another well known ThaiVisa forum, they're saying the opposite, as the graphic for Muang Thong only refers to Notification of Residence. I'll head to Muang Thong next week.

@He***
Certificates of Residences are issued by Section B <- (the TM30 section) which was moved to the MTT location on July 13th.
