I’m trying to do my license and was told I need this form.

They didn’t tell me the name of the form, but a friend said they’d done it before and I can get it online and it needs to be signed by my landlord.

All help appreciated,

Lukus

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Certificate of Residence for a motorbike license in Thailand, you need to visit your local Immigration Office. This certificate is required and cannot be obtained online, although some users noted that their immigration office charged approximately 500 THB for it. It's important to check with the driving center for specific document requirements, as these can vary by province.

As stated certificate of residence. Can't be done online. What your friend appears to refer to is TM30, not the same. Suggest check with the Driving centre what documents you need, as it differs to each province.
