I'm going to pop over to Cambodia for a couple of weeks and was wondering if I can file the TM30 when I comeback? Or do I have to ask the condo owner to do it again?

After some insight in regard to the TDAC. I have an active DTV visa, which it’s my first six months into it so have gone to Bali to see some friends for a few days and return.

Hi looking for some advice I left Thailand 7 weeks ago and have done more travelling around southeast Asia, I want to go back in Thailand for 60 days I was also there in October to December for 60 days, can I enter and get another 60 days on arrival (uk passport) or am I better to buy a certain type of visa thank you all advice appreciated

Our trip was exploratory in nature, we plan to make a home near Hau Hin/Isaan or ? We were both very impressed with the quality of people, foods, places and overall livability for us. Moving forward, we want to return asap, August ? However, after discovering this group, I'm a bit concerned,,seems there may be some difficulties with returning after a short time, like more than once per year ? I'm on a retirement visa that needs to be renewed in September. I may need to leave Thailand next month and return in October. Is there some way of being able to extend the RV before I get back, or some other way to handle this without having to start the whole RV application process again from scratch when I return to Thailand in October?
