Our trip was exploratory in nature, we plan to make a home near Hau Hin/Isaan or ? We were both very impressed with the quality of people, foods, places and overall livability for us. Moving forward, we want to return asap, August ? However, after discovering this group, I'm a bit concerned,,seems there may be some difficulties with returning after a short time, like more than once per year ? Any encouraging words will be appreciated.,Thanks again.

I'm on a retirement visa that needs to be renewed in September. I may need to leave Thailand next month and return in October. Is there some way of being able to extend the RV before I get back, or some other way to handle this without having to start the whole RV application process again from scratch when I return to Thailand in October?

I have just got my retirement Visa and will be leaving Thailand in April to Hong Kong just before my 90 days.

My TM30 wasn’t given an expiry date when I went to the immigration office in Jomtien.

My question is do I need to file another TM30 when I return, or is my current TM30 still valid.
