TLDR : Answer Summary
When returning to Thailand with a DTV visa, you generally do not need to fill out any forms at local immigration. However, your landlord is responsible for submitting a TM30 report on your behalf. Additionally, if applicable, you should ensure that your 90-day report is completed if you haven't left Thailand before the required date.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Join the Thai Visa Advice Facebook Group to ask your questions, and get advice from others.

TM30 by your landlord and 90 days report if you don't leave before it.

Not sure what you mean by "local immigration" but you need to do the TDAC before landing. Your host or landlord will do the TM30 for you. There's nothing to do at immigration really.
