Can I file the TM30 myself when returning from Cambodia, or does the condo owner need to do it?
I'm going to pop over to Cambodia for a couple of weeks and was wondering if I can file the TM30 when I comeback? Or do I have to ask the condo owner to do it again?

A new TM30 must be filed only if your return is outside the time window of your original TM30 registration. Assuming you are returning to the same address. A new address always requires a new TM30.
