I'm going to pop over to Cambodia for a couple of weeks and was wondering if I can file the TM30 when I comeback? Or do I have to ask the condo owner to do it again?

TLDR : Answer Summary

You can file the TM30 yourself when you return from Cambodia if your return is within the time frame of your original registration. If you are returning to the same address, a new TM30 is only necessary if you are outside this time window. For a new address, a new TM30 must be filed by the landlord.

A new TM30 must be filed only if your return is outside the time window of your original TM30 registration. Assuming you are returning to the same address. A new address always requires a new TM30.
