TM 30 reporting I have a condo. I am allowing my son to come stay there while I’m in USA for three weeks. How can he do residency reporting the Jurassic people are predatory  is there any thing I could do before he leaves?  or what is required of me 

I am US citizen. Just got my 90 days Non-O retirement visa on 21-Dec-2022 which will be expired on 20-March-2023. I got this in Bangkok. When should I do the 1 year extension Non-O retirement visa? When do I need to do the 90 Days residence reporting? What is the process and document required for the 1 year extension?

Hi folks. I’m asking this for a friend in Phuket. She is about to lease her house to a couple of South African young ladies who are in Phuket for teaching jobs. I said to my friend that she should make sure she completes TM30 within 24 hours of the girls moving in. She has been told (not by Immigration) that the tenants have to report their residency themselves and she as landlord doesn’t have to do TM30.

Has something changed in Phuket or is the advice she was given incorrect. My friend should do the TM30 or risk a fine.

Hi everyone! I just changed location from a hotel to a room in a condominium. I’m now under my Girlfriend contract and in about 10 days I have to go to renew the covid extension. The landlord didn’t report my new residence to the immigration, I’m wondering how I should proceed now? Thank you so much 🙏

I arrived in the land of smiles on Dec.03 2020 with Non-O-A. Did ASQ and now rented a condo in BKK.

I read somewhere that I have to report my proof of residency (rental agreement) to immigration? Is this true?

Also, could someone give me the official reference about the steps I need to comply to. This group is a precious resource but I want to believe there is an official government page with all requirements spelled out.

The only other obligation that I am aware of is the 90 days reports. Am I missing something?

I have seen a few posts regarding the TM30. If you havent tried using the smartphone app, it is really easy. This video shows how easy it is. I hope it helps.

When completing a TM30 schedule of 'Names of Aliens in Residence', is the 'date of arrival', the date the alien arrived in Thailand (as per the TM6) or the date they arrived back at their residence after a weekend away in another province?

Hi. I asked this a few days ago but it got lost in time difference. Uk passport. O-A visa ànd arriving in Sept. Will rent for 2 to 3 weeks in hotel in Jomtien and then rent appartment. As one has 24hrs to report residence, I like to know what documents are needed for this if I own a condo. I have labeled pages of the title deed. If someone can call out which ones, that would be awesome. I don't want to bring the original to the immigration office. As well, what forms need to be filled out. thanks.
