Hi everyone! I just changed location from a hotel to a room in a condominium. I’m now under my Girlfriend contract and in about 10 days I have to go to renew the covid extension. The landlord didn’t report my new residence to the immigration, I’m wondering how I should proceed now? Thank you so much 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary

I recommend having the landlord watch the following video:

Without your name on the lease, I do not know if you can self-file a TM30.

There is a chance you may get fined up to 1,600 THB for not submitting a TM30 when you apply for your next 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. The immigration office may simply verbally refuse to process your extension of stay request.
