I arrived in the land of smiles on Dec.03 2020 with Non-O-A. Did ASQ and now rented a condo in BKK.
I read somewhere that I have to report my proof of residency (rental agreement) to immigration? Is this true?
Also, could someone give me the official reference about the steps I need to comply to. This group is a precious resource but I want to believe there is an official government page with all requirements spelled out.
The only other obligation that I am aware of is the 90 days reports. Am I missing something?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who arrived in Thailand on a Non-O-A visa, inquired about the necessity of reporting their rental agreement to immigration authorities and the official procedures they need to follow. It was confirmed that they need to submit a TM30 form to report their residency, which can be filed at a specific immigration office in Bangkok. Additionally, they were reminded of the requirement for insurance when applying for a one-year visa extension in the future.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
A year from now, when you apply for you first 1 year extension you will need to meet the insurance requirement. There is plenty of time to look into this but it is something to put on your calendar to do before the year is up.
You or your land lord needs to file a TM30 stating you live where you do. In Bangkok that is done at the alternate immigration office out at Muang Thong Thani in Section B.
There is a LOT of info on the TM30 already on the group, so I'm not gonna spell out how you do it. Type TM30 into the search bar on the group and read the different topics
