TLDR : Answer Summary
In Pattaya and Hua Hin, most immigration offices will accept an income letter from your embassy for retirement visa extensions and typically do not require evidence of a monthly transfer of 65,000 baht if such certification is provided.

An income letter is the only thing you need at any immigration office if your embassy offers that service. In fact most immigration offices will not accept monthly transfers if your embassy will provide income certification.
