Can I combine my marriage extension application and 90-day report at immigration with a new passport?

Hi all, my extension based on marriage is up on Dec 1st. I have a new passport issued (I used old and new to enter Thailand in July), but I haven’t transferred my stamp yet to new passport. I am also due to do 90 day report end of this month. My question is- can I combine all on the same visit to immigration, ie, do I need to transfer stamp at all, can I just apply for a new extension with new passport and then go do my 90 day with new passport? Just wondering if the system at immigration might get confused and I need to deal with 90 day first and application for new extension afterwards. I have my tm30 on entering Thailand with new passport. Thanks very much for your advice.

Last month I transferred my stamps to my new passport and was then informed a new TM30 needed to be done by the date my old passport expired, about 4 days later. 2 trips but all done now.
