Hello I have a question hopefully someone can answer please! I arrived in Thailand on November 5th, I plan to extend my visa at the immigration office for an extra 30 days.

90 days from November 5th 2024 is February 3rd 2025. Can I leave on the 3rd of February or does it have to be the day before?

I have the monthly income that is required for retirement visa but not the 800,000.

What is the best way to get this visa?

Have read through numerous posts and still can't comprehend the exact answer to my question.

1st extension of stay on a non o-a visa.... If I leave country and re enter during the 1st 12 months with new insurance giving effectively up to 23 months. When the extension is due can the 65,000 baht monthly international transfer be used, if I have that evidenced in Thai bank (UK citizen) or does 1st extension always need to be 800,000 seasoned funds method?

Are border runs allowed for tourist visa? Better on land or air?

My friend (south african) she has stayed close to her 90th days after extension of 30 days (totaling 90 days- she got 60 days free visa upon arrival). She just started a yoga coach certification with me

in Bangkok and that would take another 50 days at least to complete. Because the courses are only on weekends. If she goes overseas for few days by airplane and then back to bangkok would she gets 60 days of free visa again? or there will be some rejection of not entering at all? any tips? thank you !
