TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on which documents a landlord needs to provide them in order to update their immigration status after selling their house while on a retirement visa in Thailand. The responses suggest that a TM30 form, a copy of the house book, and a lease agreement along with a copy of the landlord's ID card may be required.

TM30. And depending on your immigration office, possibly a copy of your lease
