Hi guys, I’m in the process of renewing my Married to Thai Wife visa, although my existing ‘Married to Thai Wife’ visa will expire prior to my renewal being fully processed!

How to manage this situation please? Will Immigration understand and allow the process to continue? Or, will they make me exit and re-enter Thailand on a 60 visa? Or, will they ask me to complete an extension of stay whilst my Thai Wife renewal visa is being processed?

Many thanks in advance for your insights

Could someone please advise of a reliable visa agent that would be able to help me get a retirement visa. I am married to a Thai national but I believe the retirement visa is easier than the marriage one to get.

We have property in Uttaradit and plan to live there

Any advice would be appreciated

Immigration won’t accept my last 15 months of deposits to extend my married visa. They told me I need to get an affidavit of income verification by my embassy, which doesn’t do it anymore. I’ve never had a problem in previous years.

Now. I need to extend my married visa for two months so I can put ฿400,000 in the bank. Can I get an extension for 60 days at immigration or will I have to go to Laos. I haven’t had to do that since 2006.

Are there any immigration offices that accept the monthly deposits without getting the income verification from my embassy?

Hello! I would like to ask about the Non-O yearly Extension. I already extended to a year showcasing the 400K THB. However, it is about to expire in a couple of months.

I now, have a work permit under my non-O spousal visa. Can I just use the work permit for another extension without showing my bank statement of 400K and when or how should I do it?

I am currently on a 90 day Non-O (marriage visa), tomorrow I am going to immigration (Chiang Mai) to apply for my 1st 1 year extension. On the form of required documents I have been given by immigration it lists "Notification 90 days report appointment". I assume this doesn't apply to me as I am on my 1st 90 day visa?

Hi, I have a question about the "Notification for staying in TH for 90 days" via email. This week will be my first time (Married Visa for 1 year, Located in Bangkok). I have tried to do it via Email and it got rejected. ("The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is not found"). I just wonder if for the first time it has to be done in person? Any advice is welcome.
