Hello! I would like to ask about the Non-O yearly Extension. I already extended to a year showcasing the 400K THB. However, it is about to expire in a couple of months.
I now, have a work permit under my non-O spousal visa. Can I just use the work permit for another extension without showing my bank statement of 400K and when or how should I do it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Non-O visa, you can use your work permit as proof of income, but you will also need to provide substantial documentation from your employer, including tax documents and a company letter. It's advisable to check with your local immigration office for the exact requirements. Alternatively, you may opt to continue using the bank statement method with 400,000 THB to avoid the extra paperwork.

As Tony mentioned it is indeed a PILE o' paperwork to get a yearly extension based on legally working in thailand on a minimum of 40K baht a month salary. Company documents, tax statements, contract, pay verification are just some of what is needed.
That's why Ellie said GO to the immigration office and get the hand out listing the requirements and tell them you're going to use monthly income by legally working as the reason for the extension.
Personally i would ignore the fact you have a work permit and carry on using the 400k method (unless you have problems holding that), its a lot less paperwork.
Yes, you can use your salary with a valid work permit as proof of funds, but, No, you cannot do it just using your work permit.
Go to your local immigration office to get their latest requirements for a 1-year extension based on marriage, especially for financial requirements for work permit holders.
Then you have to ask your employer to provide company papers including tax documents as well as your own tax documents.
If you or your employer cannot meet those requirements (or they don't agree to provide company-related documents), you have to use the banked money method.
