TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their options regarding an expiring multi-entry married visa while they are in the UK due to a serious illness. Several comments suggest applying for a 90-day Non-O visa in the UK, but others indicate that the current visa will likely expire, and the user may need to start the visa process over again upon returning to Thailand.

Visa will just expire. When you come back you will have to start at the beginning again.

Get a 90 day Non-O visa in the UK before you return to Thailand and before that runs out do a 12 month extension as normal

Sadly I believe it will expire and you need to start over again. Others I am sure will confirm yes or no.

Hope you recover soon and can get home to Thailand
