Today I went to immigration in Bangkok to apply for a 1-year extension of my Non-O visa. The officer said that all my documents are perfect, but they want to check if the landlord’s ID card matches the house registration of the apartment.

I already have a copy of the landlord’s ID card, but immigration asked for the house registration (Tabien Baan) to confirm the address. I’m not sure if the landlord will agree to give me a copy of it, and I don’t know what I should do if they refuse. Has anyone had a similar experience or any advice?

Was watching a video where a visa agent was saying that to get your 12 month retirement extension your landlord needs to also have their own 12 month visa (or similar) and have a tax number , obviously only if foreign landlord, not seen any other mention of this, anyone know anything?

I'm staying with a friend for 2 weeks. My first 90 day report is due. They submitted the TM30 when I arrived last week, but it's still "pending". I need to do the 90-day reporting by next week. Has anyone experienced a delay like this? I have the landlord ID, scanned pages of blue book, etc.

I went to Hanoi's Thai embassy on Wednesday to apply for a visa but was told I couldn't apply without my landlord's house registration.

I returned on Thursday with a copy of what my landlord says is the house registration document (it's in Thai but I can see it has my address on it) and the embassy front desk accepted my application.

On Friday, the embassy contacted me to say they couldn't process my visa because the document the landlord provided doesn't show his name.

My landlord says he hasn't put his name on the house registration because he owns many properties (not sure why that's relevant). Instead, he has provided me with some utility bills in his name and suggested I show that to the embassy.

I presume that when I take these documents to the embassy on Monday, they won't accept them, as the embassy staff were adamant that the house registration document shows the landlord's name (they think the landlord just provided the wrong page).

I'm now very confused and any words of wisdom or guidance would be very much appreciated.

Question, Does the landlord need to be present when I go to do the extension visa or the TM 30 confirmation is enough proof that I stay at the land lords house ?

I am applying for a Non O here in Thailand - to be followed by a 1 year extension based on retirement

Are the rules under 8 strictly enforced in Chiang mai immigration re landlord ?

If so will a screenshot of the google map suffice as a copy of location map of house/ condo etc ?( is this something to do with married couples only 🤔)

So the new requirement for extending retirement visa non-O is a copy of the landlord's ID. Well, my landlord refuses to give his ID and in any case is not even in Thailand and very difficult to reach. You have to deal with a host of secretaries and middle persons who are absolutely not cooperative. What to do?

I filed my first TM30 in May at Bangkok CW. My landlord was very cooperative, and gave me all the info’ needed from them . This, together with the form itself, and my required details added up to quite a lot of paperwork. I asked the young lady officer at CW if I needed to produce all this information every time I file a new date, she said yes. I’m due to return to Thailand later this month after a short break in UK, and am sure I’ve seen somewhere that all the landlords info’ is not necessary when filing a TM30 at CW. Has anyone filed their TM30 at CW recently, and how much landlord info’, if any was required. I hold a retirement extension with multiple re-entry permit.

Hi all, so my landlord is filling my TM30 online and I need to know what "excel" file does my landlord need to upload (as seen in the picture below)? Thanks if anyone has experience filing TM 30 online please share.
