What should I do if my TM30 is still pending before my 90-day report in Thailand?

I'm staying with a friend for 2 weeks. My first 90 day report is due. They submitted the TM30 when I arrived last week, but it's still "pending". I need to do the 90-day reporting by next week. Has anyone experienced a delay like this? I have the landlord ID, scanned pages of blue book, etc.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing an issue where their TM30 is still pending a week after it was submitted by their landlord. They need to complete their 90-day report soon. Other comments suggest potential user error in the TM30 submission and recommend going to the immigration office with the necessary documents to resolve the issue.

If I check into a hotel for 1 night for the TM30, would it be a problem if I'm registered 'twice' for a TM30?

nope you're not registered AT ALL right now in the TM30 system ๐Ÿ˜›

Just check into a hotel, get the TM30 print out you can use that

No matter whose filing a TM30 on you if they're using the online system you want this as it's your proof one was filed

Sounds like they didn't submit the TM30 at all online, and only registered their address.. The TM30 system is a passive data entry system once you're approved to use it

You make a profile, register an address, file a TM30 on someone at that address and it's recorded immediately..

They would have needed to have saved the data they input for you when they filed, then they would have needed to search for, export and print the PDF file that is the TM30 receipt.

Sounds a LOT like "user error" and they don't know how the system actually works. Did they read the user manual and look at the screen shots and images showing how that TM30 system works?

Go to the immigration office with the land lord i/d, house book listing, and just file a TM30 in person when you go to do your 90 day report

thanks for the insight. This is a pic of what the landlord sees, the last one has been pending. Not sure what it should look like on their end

It's not their first time doing the TM30 either

@Lianne *******
that is the address not being approved yet (that is just the list of address that account can file TM30s on people at)

They didn't file a TM30 on anyone at that address.

they can email Immigrations and talk to someone who can approve the address. Shouldn't take weeks to get the address approved IF they uploaded the correct documents under that address when they added it
