Hi, I am wondering which embassies or consulates in Southeast Asia and South Asia are considered the most favourable when it comes to DTV applications. I think I can meet the criteria but rather not have to worry about it. Sri Lanka is one place I’d like to visit, but I’ve seen a few mixed reports on posts here. Thanks.
I'm traveling several times starting on December 31st. Going to Thailand a total of 3 times until March and then 1 more in June. Never stay more than 60 days. I had written to the embassy in Berlin whether I needed a visa. They wrote back quickly with the recommendation, for the 2. Entry to apply for a visa.
Now I have requested a tourist multi for 175 euros. The first application was cancelled because I must have set a hook wrong, I provided travel document and not passport. I thought travel was the passport.
Then I have the 2. Request submitted. Verified again 175 euros via Mastercard.
Now 2x175 Euros were marked down on the Mastercard. There is hope that the the the for the 1st Withdraw my application, because I didn't get a visa?
If not, that would be really sh.... expensive. Especially if it wasn't really necessary, as I hear from others here.lg

Dear members, kindly advise if there is a certain format of the letter issued by a doctor or a dentist for ongoing medical treatment DTV visa ? Also which embassy would you recommend to submit the application? Vietnam, Laos or Online ?
Hi group! US citizen here, married to a Thai national, applying for Non-Imm O visa. Which Thai embassies in neighboring countries (Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam , etc.) have you used and recommend? Online info is all over the place—personal experiences appreciated to help me choose! Thanks!tna
I did some research to figure out what paperwork I need to submit in my case. If anyone applied on the same grounds,
could you let me know if this is the right paperwork..?
I have an LLP registered in the UK, I'm the only "person with significant control", working remotely for another EU based company. Came up with this list of documents that I'd have to submit;
Core Visa Items
* Passport bio page (valid ≥ 6 months).
* Recent passport photo.
* Proof of current location in the country of application (entry stamp, visa, hotel/lease, etc.).
* Visa fee payment receipt/confirmation.
Employment Proof (foreign employer)
* Employment Contract (with remote-work clause, signed by Designated Member(me) + Employee(me)).
* Employment Certificate (one-page HR-style letter on LLP letterhead, confirming role, start date, salary, remote work incl. Thailand, and no Thai employment).
* Letter of Intent (personal statement to embassy: purpose of stay, funds, compliance).
Financial Proof
* Personal bank statements (≥ 3 months) showing ending balance ≥ 500,000 THB.
* Bank statements showing transfers from LLP account to personal account (salary trail, ideally 3 months).
Optional
* Companies House Certificate of Incorporation + Current Appointments Report (tying your name to the LLP).
* Client contract or invoices proving LLP’s business activity
So when applying as a business owner, is that pretty much the whole documentation you need to submit? Am I missing anything?
Hello. I am thinking of applying dtv visa through Soft power (Muay Thai) . I have been gathering some information and so far where I see most people applying at is Vietnam, Jakarta and Laos. I have gotten most recommendations to Laos due to it being quickest process but apparently you can’t do e visa there.
So my question is where do you guys think is fastest to get dtv visa and easiest embassy to deal with ?
I am from Norway and currently staying at Bangkok .
Hey everyone, I'm South African currently living in thailand and my Ed visa is coming to an end.
I wanted to know if I go to Vietnam to do my DTV visa do I need to stay there until I get it back or do I need to go back to Thailand and wait until its been approved?
Also, what is the best country to go and do my DTV visa?
