Does anyone know of an agent or service that can help with the DTV application for self-employment out of Phuket or Koh Samui? I’m feeling a bit nervous about handling it on my own. I just arrived in Thailand and want to make sure I follow the best process. My company is based in the US, but I didn’t have time to apply before leaving, so I’d like to take care of it while I’m here. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

We are married. For a retirement visa, do we both need to have 800k in a Thai bank (1600 total) or will 800k be sufficient for both of us. What are options if we don’t have the 1600k but want to stay for a year? TIA.

Do I need to show a return within 60 days or will they be fine with a return flight six months later?

Got a question related to Non O - 1 year extension - based on marriage.

For the requirement of 400k for 2 months in the Thai bank account:

Does the money have to be transferred from a foreign bank account under my own name? Or can it be transferred from any foreign bank account?

After the amount is transferred into the Thai Bank account to mature for two months, how does one acquire the needed statement from the bank, and what documents are needed for that?
