Looks like things have simplified quite a bit. I guess for vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors need to show a PCR test upon arrival and that's pretty much it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers to Thailand currently face different entry requirements based on their vaccination status. Vaccinated visitors no longer need to take a PCR test and simply need to present proof of vaccination upon arrival. In contrast, unvaccinated travelers are required to show either a PCR test or an ATK certified test taken within 72 hours before their flight. A recent traveler reported that upon arrival, they were not asked for their vaccination card or PCR test, indicating a possible easing of entry protocols.
Turns out my concerns were unwarranted. Literally got off the plane right into immigration not even an arrival card to fill out Simply showed my passport and that was it. Didn't ask for vaccine card or PCR test at all. Easiest entry I've ever done anywhere in my life.
Vaccinated travellers just need to show proof. Unvaccinated need a PCR or ATK certified test 72 hours prior to arrival. Your airline may insist on PCR.
