For turist visa Thai ( europe) do we need to be Full vaccinated or the covid certificate is enough ( as i have one from having covid ) ￼

You do not need to be vaccinated for covid to enter Thailand. If you’re not you need to have a negative PCR or certified ATK (lateral flow) test taken within 72 hours of your flight. If you are vaccinated then you just need to show proof of such.
