TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that fully vaccinated travelers are not required to take an ATK test upon arrival in Thailand. However, there is a mention of potential requirements at land borders where travelers might have to undergo ATK testing. It's advised to have a professional test result before departure and to understand that rules may vary depending on the mode of entry.

Despite having correct vaxx documentation, you might be required to get one at a land border crossing as part of their special “officers’ revenue enhancement program” if you get what I mean.

Also there is no ATK on arrival option. It's either you're vaccinated, or you get a professional test result before you board your flight and use that for your Thailand Pass. If not then 5 days quarantine at your expense upon arrival.
Absolutely not true at Cambodian land borders. They have an official ATK testing setup and they can and will require you to purchase a 150baht test to gain entry into Thailand.
it's neither. You arrive and show your Thailand Pass and continue on your way. Your airline will probably ask to see your vaccination certificate though.
there is no ATK. You can't do an ATK. During your trip or on arrival. If you don't have your vaccination proof they'll send you back to where you came from because you don't meet the requirements to enter Thailand. If you're going to use a Covid test to enter Thailand you have to do that before you ever fly because you have to submit the results of the test to get your Thailand Pass.
No Thailand Pass no flying to Thailand
