TLDR : Answer Summary
For travelers to Thailand, citizens of India can obtain a Visa on Arrival. Vaccinated individuals only need to provide proof of vaccination. Unvaccinated travelers must present a negative RT-PCR test or a certified lateral flow/antigen test taken within 72 hours prior to their flight. As of October 1st, the Visa on Arrival duration has increased to 30 days but remains non-extendable.

Visa on arrival is available for citizens of India. If you’re vaccinated you need nothing more than proof of such. If not you need a negative PCR or certified lateral flow/antigen/ATK test within 72 hours prior to your flight. If arriving after October 1st the visa on arrival should be for 30 days - up from the current 15. It is not extendable for longer.
