TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, unvaccinated children under 12 are allowed to enter Thailand sharing the same status as their vaccinated parents. They are not required to present vaccination certificates or ATK test results. However, starting from October 1st, Thailand will no longer require vaccination certificates or test results for entry, making this aspect irrelevant.

Children enter under the same “scheme” as their parent and are not required to show vax certificates or ATK tests. That said after October 1st it’s a moot point as Thailand will no longer require to see vax certs or test results.

generally it would be at check in for your flight that you may be asked. Some do some don’t. Rarely upon arrival these days though I did see some posts a while back that they were doing random spot checks for some.
