Hi, I have a single entry Non-O visa and have been stamped in until the 29th of November. I'm going to leave Thailand soon for 3 weeks and will return at the beginning of November. I will get a single re-entry permit at the airport upon departure. When I return I believe I will be stamped in until the 29th of November. Can I apply for an extension of stay at Immigration (BKK Div 1) say 2 weeks before the 29 Nov stamp expires?

I am planning to apply for DTV visa. Currently I am in bangkok on tourist visa which will expire soon. I have a full time job in Hong Kong. I pay income tax in HK just want to work from Bangkok. It is a company registered headquarters in HK.

Can I apply from Bangkok?

What will increase my chance of getting the visa?

Is there any better visa which will allow me to work from home Bangkok with multiple entry.

Thinking of changing to a DTV visa in Sydney Australia. Soft power thai cooking 12 months course and also study Thai language at university in Bangkok. Currently on retirement visa. Do you need to wait for your current visa to expire before applying for DTV ?. Thanks in advance.

If I have a condo but like to travel and stay in hotels do I need to have my landlord file a TM30 everytime I come back from staying in a a hotel if the checkout date is when my 180 stamp is up for my condo? Also if a hotel didn’t send in a TM30 and I already left is it better to leave the country and come back before 90 days to avoid the 90 day report?

The visa lasts 6 months from date of issue so we don’t want the visa issued until mid/end of November. I have a question. I have already got a 30 days extension for my non o visa stay permit after my first 60 days stay permit. now I wanted to know if there is any other way except a border run and re entry to get another extension or get a visa because I see that flying to another country may be more expensive than just extending the stay permit. I would appreciate any kind of help. And another question : is there a minimum amount of days that I have to stay in the border countries or can I basically return the next day to Thailand getting the 60 days permit again in the sense of a 1-day tour if they ask ?

Just a quick question if anyone can help. When you apply for a 12 month extension of a non O student visa and guardian visa is this normally issued on the day of application ? There is normally no under consideration period ? Thanks in advance

A question on changing banks in the middle of an extension.

I currently have Bangkok Bank and have heard of several troubles with them so I was thinking of opening an account with SCB which has a local branch where I have to go 50km for Bangkok Bank since they closed the local branch, same with K bank.

I have several months so the funds would be seasoned for 90 days at the new bank but then I wouldn't have a year's history with that bank for when I go to do the renewal. Will that be a problem or can I get a report from Bangkok Bank showing 9 months then 3 months at the new bank? I do plan to keep both active with more than ฿800,000 each for now until extension renewal time in case of an issue with one or the other.
