I am from Vietnam and am planning to apply for an e-visa through the Thai Embassy in HCMC. I have 500k baht in the bank, but my weakness is my part-time salary, which is not very high. Including additional income from other clients, my total income would be around $500 per month. Will my income affect the outcome? What else can I do to improve my situation?

I need your help to get some information. I went to the Thai Visa Application Center to submit my application, but they refused to accept it because I haven’t visited Thailand twice in the last five years. I have, however, visited twice in the last 5.5 years. They advised me to get pre-approval from the Royal Thai Embassy.

I emailed them with all the relevant details (visa.dac@mfa.go.th), but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response for over a week, despite follow-up attempts. Could someone assist me with how to reach them, as I didn’t find sufficient information on their website.

Anyone know if it's possible to go to an embassy or something and get the sticker after you get the DTV online? I feel like having to always have the print out on hand every time I enter the country will be a bit of a hassle.

Side note, for people who have used the evisa system and gotten denied. Did your application go from pending document check to pending approval or just get denied after the pending document check stage?
