ORIGINAL POSTERMy friend had a stroke in now is in a assisted living facility can he get a letter from his doctor so that an agent, a lawyer or friend can get power of attorney to do his annual retirement visa without his presence at immigration? How can you keep your retirement visa active if you're disabled?
