I'd like to ask for advice. I previously applied for a DTV visa, but the title wasn't eligible. The embassy approved a TR visa for me on June 16. Now, I've enrolled in a cooking class and want to reapply for a DTV visa. Can I still apply, or are there any restrictions?

I'd appreciate any guidance from those who have experienced a similar situation.

I am currently waiting to hear back any day now for my dtv.

This will be the first time since I’ve left Thailand since the TDAC has come into place, will I still need to do the TDAC form online even though I will have a DTV visa (fingers crossed), and if so how am I meant to put my flight details in 3 days before if I’m still waiting on the results for my dtv?

Should I wait for my dtv results and then stay 3 more days? Or how long does it actually take to get accepted for the tdac ?

I would like to ask for your advice regarding my visa status. I am currently holding a language school visa (short course), which will expire in August.

May I apply for a DTV in Ho Chi Minh without cancelling my existing education visa?

I have an overstay on my passport from last year - it should have been a day, but due to flooding and the immigration office being closed, it became 8 days. Has anyone had experience of getting a DTV specifically in London, with an overstay on their passport?

*Please upload the original guarantee letter from the accountant of the freelancer’s company with his/her certified (English*)

The thing is, I don’t currently have an accountant since I run a small business. Can I just hire one to issue the required letter, and would that be sufficient?

If you start the first year with a Non OA visa, how easy is it to transfer the second year to a Non O visa.

I received my first and only TM30 in 2016. Received a new passport last year and needed to get a new TM30. My lease expired a few years ago and my understanding that I need a current/valid lease.

My wife contacted the owner who was happy to give me a new long term lease. I mentioned the TM30 online but he wasn't sure what to do so handed the phone to his older son who spoke English. I mentioned the TM30 and he said he will handle it himself. 20 minutes later he sent a LINE message to my wife saying it was done and included the pdf receipt.

The information on the receipt was correct (address and passport number) but missing the TM.6 number and Date of Arrival. Suspect not an issue. The problem is they have only my first and middle name on it and not my last name.

Is this going to be an issue, if so how to correct it? Edit the current TM30 or file a new one?

I just wanted to confirm please 🙏🏾

For a person with a US passport if they arrive in Thailand by air (June 03) they get 30 days for that entry and can extend for an additional 30 days at an immigration office (we are in Chiang Mai)

When the 30 day extension expires they will need to leave Thailand for a border run is that still correct?

Also any suggestions for border runs would also be appreciated I have not done one in a long time so I am not sure what her options are 🙏🏾

1.The change in status occurred on Saturday (06.21). I remember they were off on Saturdays

2.I uploaded all pages of my new passport, but not all pages of my old passport. They haven't put forward any opinions yet

First entry on 20th Jun after getting my DTV approved on 17th May. It took me literally 2 min to go thru inmigration in Bangkok. Showed my DTV (printed copy), alongside passport and TDAC to thw officer. No questions asked. Allowed to stay until 16th dec. Will leave earlier than that for business reasons, but it feels so good not to worry about length of my stay for the first time ever.
