What should I do if my TM30 receipt is missing my last name?

I received my first and only TM30 in 2016. Received a new passport last year and needed to get a new TM30. My lease expired a few years ago and my understanding that I need a current/valid lease.

My wife contacted the owner who was happy to give me a new long term lease. I mentioned the TM30 online but he wasn't sure what to do so handed the phone to his older son who spoke English. I mentioned the TM30 and he said he will handle it himself. 20 minutes later he sent a LINE message to my wife saying it was done and included the pdf receipt.

The information on the receipt was correct (address and passport number) but missing the TM.6 number and Date of Arrival. Suspect not an issue. The problem is they have only my first and middle name on it and not my last name.

Is this going to be an issue, if so how to correct it? Edit the current TM30 or file a new one?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received a new TM30 after getting a new lease but noticed it only includes their first and middle names, missing the last name. They wonder if this will be an issue. Responses indicate that this omission is not a problem as the TM30 system does not require a TM6 number or arrival date, and it is common to have such name discrepancies in Thai documentation. Users have reported similar experiences without facing issues.

A lot of my Thai stuff has first and middle and no last name. Even immigration letter for residency that I did today to renew my Thai drivers license has this format. Same thing happened to me when I lived in Singapore. I think it is because my usa passport has first snd middle together and surname is above and it confuses some people. Been dealing with this for 9 years and no issues so far

There's no issue at all

On the online TM30 system there is no way to fill out a TM6 (or TDAC) number and they can't put your arrival date in either.

Also no issue having just your first and surname on the TM30, it's fine

As long as you have the PDF that looks like this just print it out and put it in your passport

It just has my first name and middle name on it and no surname. Eg. MICHAEL MIDDLE SURNAME. It only shows MICHAEL MIDDLE.

I have had the same problem on some documents. It happens a lot. But with the TM30 it matters because it is matched to your passport.

I'd have them file a new one then, that isn't gonna fly ๐Ÿ˜› gotta at least get the name right, CHECK your passport number too ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks, didn't think it would. Will inform them and will also ask for the online TM30 login info so in the future I can do it myself. Passport and address are correct. :-)

You can register an account for yourself and get your own login. You just need a copy of the owners blue house book and ID card.

I doubt the owner is going to give you their own login credentials, especially if they own multiple properties.
