My spouse is Ghanian and there is no thai Embassy in Ghana. Looks like London are refusing her application because she only has 2 year tourist visa for UK, even though she is in UK. How is someone meant to apply in this situation ?

I am currently located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and I am planning a trip to Thailand and other neighboring countries in the coming months. I would like to apply for a 6-month multiple-entry tourist visa and I would appreciate some clarification regarding the necessary requirements.

Specifically, I would like to know which documents I need to provide to fulfill the "Travel booking confirmation" requirement in point number 4 of the last section of the e-visa application form.

Is it sufficient to include the inbound flight to Thailand or do I also need to provide the train ticket that I will be taking to reach the border with Laos, where I will be visiting for a few days before returning to Thailand using the same means of transportation?

Hi all, are there any higher altitude towns/areas in Thailand where you don’t have to use AC or fan at night? (I’m thinking somewhere around 500m, where the humidity is knocked back and the temps are cooler.)

A couple of days ago I renewed my Non-Imm O for the 2nd year. I got a letter from the bank, however, it was the one for when first applying. I needed a statement for the previous 12 months. Being told by the Imm officer I would need to go to the main Bangkok Bank in Silom and apply, I thought, Oh no!. Instead I went to the bank downstairs in CW and spoke with them. I was informed by a very helpful staff, I could submit a request on my phone App and get it sent to me in 5 minutes. Print it, get it stamped by the bank. Problem solved. I told the Imm. Officer. Who then told others. Hope this helps others.

Anybody had problems with Pacific Cross not paying hospital bills? Any advice? We are in the hospital and having problems with them paying the bill.

Treaty of Amity : if you use the treaty of Amity to open a TikTok Shop agency, does the law against doing online commerce selling not apply in this case?

The wording of the Treaty of Amity is confusing. It says it removes standard restrictions on foreign nationals minus in the 4 prohibited categories.

None of those categories are e-commerce or influencer marketing related.

Basically we want to open a talent agency in partnership with TikTok Thailand (MCN) and I've already got the connects.

And can I sponsor my own work permit with the agency?

I won't need a Thai partner according to the treaty

Are medical letters written in Thai from doctors Ok if I’m applying in Canada?
