TLDR : Answer Summary
The acceptability of medical letters written in Thai for applications in Canada seems to be generally positive. One commenter noted that documents in Thai would likely not pose an issue for the Thai embassy. However, another pointed out that both Thai and English are typically accepted. It's important for the letter to clearly state the medical necessity for long-term treatment for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular issues, or hypertension, as indicated by another comment.

Thai and English are the only acceptable languages I believe.

I personally believe that it won’t be a problem for the Thai embassy if it's written in Thai.
