So I’m applying for the visa based on that, from ChatGPT it said I should get it as I have savings - around 300k AUD I can show so I suppose Thailand would be happy to take me in? Can anyone confirm if a business currently making 0 will get approval as they can stay and have the $ to build it over time? Thanks. My visa was approved as a remote worker. I work for my long-standing EU employer in my rented flat in Thailand with two screens, a LAN connection and a fixed desk. Leaving the country regularly is not realistic.

Can I make an account, and start uploading everything, save it, and then when I get to Da Nang hit submit? Or will that cause problems and should I just wait.

I’ve just found out I should have really applied for a Non O retirement visa before I got there. Flying Monday. I was planning to convert my tourist visa to Non O in Thailand and open a bank account just to park the 800k.
