I'm planning to apply from Da Nang to the HCM consulate! I'm flying there soon, but wanted to get started early on getting everything together. Can I make an account, and start uploading everything, save it, and then when I get to Da Nang hit submit? Or will that cause problems and should I just wait.

Don’t mind where to stay, Hanoi or HCM.

Flights to Da Nang are a bit cheaper, but I heard Hanoi Consulate process the applications a bit faster.

Anyone has any experience to share?

Ok I have issue with my travel for work and getting new Non O based on marriage so hope someone can give idea of timings at HCM? My current visa expires 14th June. I am currently in HK and return to BKK this thursday so get a new stamp for 90 days, but cannot go to Savannakhet until visa expires, and I have to come back to HK next week 13th June and my visa will expire when here so I do not want to risk re entry on a return ticket and try t get in on 30 day exemption so will plan to fly BKK to HK then to HCM to get visa then back to BKK so need to know if I apply monday what time am I likely to get visa next day as I do not want to stay Tuesday night as well so need to look what flight can be booked.

I wanted to ask about ED visa. Best consulate to go to after the 5th of April. Also, what's needed? Tenancy agreement, landlord blue book, what else?

I heard HCM is a decent spot and also Penang.
