Can I start my visa application online before reaching Da Nang for submission at the HCM consulate?
I'm planning to apply from Da Nang to the HCM consulate! I'm flying there soon, but wanted to get started early on getting everything together. Can I make an account, and start uploading everything, save it, and then when I get to Da Nang hit submit? Or will that cause problems and should I just wait.

No problem at all, once you get into Vietnam upload your proof of location documents submit your application and payment and chill.

yes you can. But HCM is very strict lately they reject so many applicantions without reason. Good luck!
