thats great guys ,thanks so much for the assistance. i've been to the embassy in Hanoi before, and i'm all set for all the paperwork, i was just hoping the fee wasnt double what i orginally thought. dammit. haha thanks :)

When I applied for my single entry I didn’t have a return flight and they still gave it to me... my impression is that they can be pretty lax with the requirements on the visas....
