 good luck. I wrote them a polite email explaining my situation. Don’t have high hopes for it but this was more of a want than a need so I’m not too worried about it.

 yup I think that’s what happened. The bad thing is I actually entered all the info manually and loaded the passport later. I think it overwrote my entries but as I took a look didn’t see that. I need to check if the auto transpose can put numbers on there as I couldn’t manually type a number in the entry spot.

 as I mentioned I went and tried to purposefully put a number in the name blank and it wouldn’t take it. So how could I put a number in a spot where a number isn’t a valid entry?
