What part of what i have said this wholetime defines a tourist by what rights they have? You're the one banging on about rights, when that has nothing to do with whether you are classed as a tourist or classed as a long term resident?

classification has zero to do with rights. As I asked earlier, give the the definition of a tourist and then a definition of a long term resident. It is not the same rules for a tourist as someone on a longterm visa. And yes, foreigners have less rights that a thaibperson. That is not the point. The point is the classification 🤷‍♂️ And, nothing here is the point of the original post 🤷‍♂️
