airbnb has nothing to do with visas 🤷‍♂️ Plus a 30 day entry visa exempt is not a visa. Plus, you could rent an airbnb for 30 days and enter visa exempt for 30 days

the way I read it was that, in general, airbnb accommodation is illegal as nothing was specified to differentiate between illegal and legal airbnb rentals. And when you use the term "many of those staying longer.." does imply longer term rentals.And considering the post is about changing the visa exempt from 60 days back to 30 days, I really struggle to understand your initial point. airbnb for stays under 30 days are deemed illegal, those over 30 days are not illegal. So it's not the platform that is illegal
