on all visitor visas, whether it be the standard 6 month or the long term visitor visas ( 2,5,10 year) the maximum stay per entry is 6 months

What are the non-monetary benefits of a Thai lady marrying a British man in Thailand?

not automatic. Still have to jump through hoops, meet Financial requirements, pass English tests etc etc. I think it takes at least 5 years to qualify for UK citizenship

Can I qualify for a Destination Thai Visa (DTV) without a job or employment contract if I have a $14K bank balance?

what's the good reason? So if anyone is here for 360 days in a year, they don't need a bank account? Really? I've only ever been here on either tourist exemp stamps or 60 day tourist visa and I have 2 bank accounts. What are my personal circumstances that tell you I don't need 1 or both?

just got my thai licences on a visa exempt stamp. Not sure why there would be difficulties with a 5 year visa 🤷‍♂️

You can make the application yourself on her behalf. Done it twice. She will need to go to VFS for biometrics. Found the whole process very straightforward. Ignore all the "must own house", " must have degree" etc. Every application is judged on its own merits. Give me a shout if you want to chat 👍🏻
