Tm30io  website. Registered for this which looks official but went to jomtien yesterday an immigration dont recognise it , had to redo a tm 30 with them before i could get an extension.

same as I had to do yesterday i ask tm 30 desk lady does this site not work an she say have to report to jomtien to make tm 30 each time leave country .I am only here max 6 months to avoid uk winters ,arrived with a multi entry holiday visa to try smooth things as much as possibe

and that being said, I left Thailand after 90 days and returned to the same address and didn't do a tm30 online based on what i read on various fb posts. That little episode cost 1600฿ in a fine 🤷‍♂️

I think the tm30 online is ok, until you need to show a tm30 to immigration. But as long as it is on their system, they just write a slip and fix that slip into your passport for free

It's a 3 step process, first you register your account, then you can add the address(es) and finally, you add the foreigner(s) to the relevant address. Did you complete all 3?

the TM30 .Io website is not the official TM30 website. It's an agency that is trying to sell large volume services to hotels and such. But they allow low volume for free. Generally had good reports in the past

what I did was use their log in details to access official site and then changed the password. Now I use the official site for free.
